Infantry Regiment No. 125 was garrisoned in Stuttgart and T�bingen.
The entwined �FR� on the lid inlay stands for �Friedrich Rex�, referring to King Friedrich I of Prussia, who ruled from 1688 to 1713 and after whom the regiment was named.
The same transfer decoration (1056) was also applied to steins made for the Stuttgart-based Infantry Regiment No. 119.
