This stein was part of a group produced for the Steinzeugwerke marketing consortium in which Hanke participated between 1911 and 1913. It was designated by the manufacturer as model No. “309T”, but the “T” does not appear in base markings. It is used here, as it was in Steinzeugwerke catalogs, simply to distinguish the item from an earlier Hanke product bearing the same number.
