Central image depicts the Pennsylvania State Capitol in downtown Harrisburg. Completed in 1906 (helping to date the stein which labels it the �New� Pennsylvania Capitol), this Beaux-Arts style structure houses the Pennsylvania General Assembly, Supreme and Superior Courts, as well as the offices of both the Governor and Lieutenant Governor.
