According to the manufacturer, this stein was designed for “Seminaristen” (student teachers). The enameled central image on the pictured example shows “Wolfenbüttel Lehrerseminar” (Wolfenbüttel Teachers College), but in all likelihood the same model can be found featuring a variety of German institutions for educator training.
