The Salvator Keller, renamed the Paulaner Keller in 1994 and completely rebuilt in 1999 after being destroyed by fire, is one of Munich’s oldest and most well-known drinking establishments, and traditional home to the annual 17-day Starkbierfest (Strong Beer Festival).
