A variation of the 0.3L version exists (below right) with both an apple and snake thumblift, and a monkey lid inlay, the monkey being a universal symbol of drunkenness (monkey on one’s back).
This stein has not been found with a Bohne mark, nor is it listed in known Bohne catalogs. It has been credited to Bohne based on the existence of the Stahl reproduction noted below. Model/catalog numbers have been seen impressed into the bodies of both versions (see details bottom row).
Similar to Stahl No. 2350.
